Returns and Refund Policy

All Organic Bliss Trading as Tinkture products are made to order/made from fresh and classed as perishable goods.  Organic Bliss products cannot be returned unless they are faulty or the incorrect product has been dispatched.  Should this occur, returns must be made within 28 days.

All freight is at your expense unless the fault is ours. In that case, we will refund shipping too.

If an item ordered arrives damaged, by contacting us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

If your order does not arrive within a few days of your receiving our notification of it having been shipped, please contact us so we can search for it.

We cannot be held responsible if we are not informed within 7 days as we have to be prompt in making a claim on our freight insurance.

If your order is not paid for within 7 days it will be deleted from the system unless we hear from you.
